CSS Menu Writer Issue

I only have Design Extender ver. 1.0.4 installed in the Extension Manager, have rebuilt the Configuration folder, deleted the Cache file and re-installed the extension. I created and saved a blank PHP page. Then I select WebAssist > CSS Menu Writer. I go to Define in the Theme section. When this section opens everything looks fine. However, if I select the "Item" tab under Dimensions, Margin & Padding all of the "px" disappears in the main window and all the drop downs in the "Item" tab are blank. I am unable to set the dimension type for the menu item.

I even tried to start with other pre-defined menus and themes, and tried to edit its theme and the same issue resides.

I spent an hour un-installing my individual extension and installing this extension. Then another two hours trying to get CSS Menu Writer to work. The YouTube Video states that I can make my money back by using this extension for a client. Well, I am not producing anything for my client and spent over three hours of my own time trying to get this extension to work. Now I have to spend the next two hours removing this extension and re-installing all my individual extensions just so I can get to work. Five hours of my time waisted. Good thing WA is not paying me for my time because this extention for me would be FREE.
