Seemed like a straightforward question. I have quite a few tools (many WA) whatever you're referring to but obviously not sure where to start adding flexibility for someone to attach a doc, pdf, or image file along with their message and all be in the email sent. If you want me to be more specific, tell me how to do that for you and I will. I'm getting a sense pretty quickly after purchasing the 'solution pack' that while helpful, there are several solutions it doesn't provide me but perhaps could be added to future versions.
