There are plenty of people that will help... could you give us some more details about the form not working... such as your platform (is it PHP? CF? ASP?) and then maybe post the code of the one that is not working?

First and foremost, make sure you explicitly upload all the files... remember that with each instance of Universal Email, it creates a new mailer files in the Universal Email Folder... so make sure all of it is uploaded to the server.

Also, with support tickets, there is no limitation, per se... WebAssist is now making the forum the entry point to report problems and issues and if need be, they will create a support ticket if the problem appears specific to one person. But with the forum method, it allows everyone who may be experiencing the same problem to see what has already been reported, what is being done about it, and furthermore, allows them to see the fixes for said problem.
