Unable to connect to the server!

Hi,

I use windows XP SP3, Dreamweaver CS3
and just downloaded last version of Universal EMail and Ecart 450and installed it without problems.
When I started Universal Email as well as Ecart I entered my serial number which is OK.
When i hit the activate button I get the following message:

"Unable to connect to server"
Your firewall or anti-virus software is blocking the online activation. Disable all firewall and antivirus software and try again. If you continue to have problems, submit a Technical Support request."

When I disable all the anti-software and firewall I get the same message over again.

I will appreciate any kind of clue.

Thank you
