Pure CSS with .js ?

Because the menus are pure CSS and don't use javascript, there is no way to add a "delay" as you propose..

I am considering purchasing the product, but am getting confused. Responses to other problems say that sometimes pages derived from templates are not updating the paths to the required JavaScript code.

What am I missing? Is there a different product involved?
