Problem initializing File Upload Wizard

When launching File Manipulation > upload files, I get this error:

uiinitialize error: RangeError: invalid arra length.

I can edit the behavior on another page, but if I cut and paste the code from the good page to the new page, I still get the error.

I deleted the MacCache file and restarted - no change.
I also reinstalled DataBridge 2 - likewise, no change.

This seems to have happened following an update to the latest Dreamweaver (21.1). I'm running Mac OS Big Sur (11.12.1) on a 2019 MacBook Pro,
