They are simple rules based on url parameters. You can just remove that code, or you could add the rules to the helpergroupsrulesphp.php file.

Actually, since I have your ftp information, I added them to the file for you. Please download the file: webassist/security_assist/helpergrouprulesphp.php to get the updates I added.
