Selection and SubSelection System

Hi

I have tried many things over the last few days to achieve a purpose.
But I again cannot get certain things to work.
I even tried taking eCart as a foundation and building on that.

The Private Area holds a link to a page for Registrants to my Festival. It holds a General Listing of "Sessions Available".

(1)
It should now be possible to select as many Sessions as desired, which transfer to a "shopping cart" that opens up at the top of the page. Such Sessions are also removed from the General Listing.

(2)
It should be possible to Deselect and send that Session back to the General Listing, There is no limit to how many can be transferred into the Cart's viewing area.

(3)
It should then be possible to sub-select up to 4 Sessions in the Cart into one or another of 2 distinct groups of 2 possible members each. I.e. each of the 2 Groups can have a maximum of 2. It should therefore not be possible to place further Sessions into whichever of the Grouos is full.

(4)
Deselecting a Session from a Group that is full should of course make Group membership available to all others in that Cart.

(5)
And additionally, deselecting from a Group should leave that Session in the Cart. That action should not return the Sessionh to the General Listing. Only explicitly deselecting it from the Cart (rather than a Group) should have that effect.

I have been having trouble achieving the above and would be most grateful for some assistance. Thank you.
