How do You Update a Webassist Website’s PHP Code?

Hi,

I recently migrated my Website from HostGator to GoDaddy and the guys at Go Daddy are telling me I might need to update or upgrade my Website’s PHP code soon, or some of the features in my Website might malfunction.

Anybody knows whether such update/upgrade is even possible? And, if it is possible, how do we do it?
