You ask: I want to create a registration form that has Email address, password, confirm password and a security code. How do I do that using security assist?

If you run the SecurityAssist wizard it creates a page with Email address and password. If you own CS4 you can use spry to add password and confirm password validation.

I'm not sure what you mean by security code. Do you mean CAPTCHA? Obvious question? or do you mean a code you are pre-supplying?
