here is where I am

Here is where I am at this point. I have everything on the remote server and I am trying to run the wizard on the server ( I am in with RDP), so nothing is remote as far as the database and such is concerned. I uploaded the whole package (with ftp in Dreamweaver) to the testing ip (I have several ips i keep just for test sites). Not a testing server per se, just a whole brand new website. PHP is working on the site as far as I can tell and the MYSQL admin says everthing is fine there too.

I am trying to run this on IIS to unify things as there are other IIS sites there that I cannot drop. Are there configuation issues with IIS here?

I would have to do a bunch of building to have a standard test server (as dreamweaver thinks of it) set up, and then it would normally be with IIS also.

If I have to install apache I will, but I would rather not. the IIS seems to be running PHP ok at this point.
