I was just pointing out that if any of the checks fail while running the installation program, it means that the host doesn't have what is required to run PS3 properly.
The only thing the installation program needs is PHP so it isn't an issue with getting around the install process. It is checking the requirements for PS3.
There seems to be an impression that it is a problem with getting the install program to run and that's not the problem. The create view privilege is needed for the coupon system, not the install program.
