The line:

$WAFV_Errors .= WAValidateAN($row_getEmails['emailaddress'] ='0' . "",true,true,true,true,"",true,1);

should probably be:

$WAFV_Errors .= WAValidateNM($totalRows_getEmails . "",-1,0,"",",.",true,1);
