Image of Advanced Options Not Showing

All permissions in the plug-ins directory were already set to 777.
I'm in the process of changing them all to 755 as per your instructions.

Why would it be a permissions problem then?

All permissions have been changed. No change in functionality.

Please help me to understand, if it was a permissions thing, then why does the image and the price show up when first visiting this product, and ONLY AFTER a size option is chosen does the image and price disappear?

When adding to cart, the same page reloads saying, no product found and the ProductID is gone from the address bar.
