I cant see the screen shot well enough to read what you have highlighted.

DFP Will do multiple file upload, you just need to click the plus button on the second screen to add a new destination folder. This will upload multiple copies of the image to multiple locations, you can also resize and image to uplaod a large image and a thumbnail.
