Persist form data not clearing after form submission

Hi Ray, I want to clear the persistent form values once a form has been submitted successfully. I've done this on other sites and have used the same code, changing the session value, but it doesn't clear the form. Form submits successfully and the email sends. Could you possibly take a look at the page for me?
