Orders Completing but no payment received

Our site is processing orders but we are not receiving payment through our PayPal account. Please see the attachment.

You can see in the attachment. All the orders with the short transaction ID numbers are the ones we did not receive payment in paypal for despite the site recording it as a sale and sending the customer a receipt.

Please advise. Thanks
