I determined it was easiest to export to excel since 1. My column headings did not match, 2. Excel has a quick and easy remove duplicates.
After removing, it is easy to import to a temp table with the same structure of the table that will be the final destination.
The final destination table and the temp table should have a UNIQUE index defined to confirm we have -0- duplicates.
Then import from the temp table to the final table (column headings match now because of the import took care of that).
