After installing eCart suite in Dreamweaver vs. 23.1 (last version available)

After installing eCart suite in Dreamweaver vs. 23.1 (last version available)

Hello, I had to load Windows 10 from zero in my computer so I had to load all apps also. Everything was working fine before that.
After installing (and succesfully activating) eCart 6.3.1 extension in DW vs. 23.1 I can see the eCart object without problem... but when I try to edit it there is nothing loaded in the discounts or shipping tab... they are empty!! and I´m sure I had many discounts defined in it...
What should I do in order to see them and edit/create them in webassist window??
