Email not working after developer upgraded server settings
Our company uses eCart on our website to allow our customers to select products and email us the order so we can give them a price quote.
The developer who handles our domains recently upgraded their email servers, and now we're not receiving these emails.
In the private area, I've included their summary of the upgrade, in case that helps. They also had some requests to try to troubleshoot on their end, which I've also included.
