Multiple checkbox update

Duh! Thank you it works now. I have one small problem. The update works fine. When the page loads it checks all the correct boxes and when you update it it saves the correct fields. However if you refresh the page it keeps the correct information in the top repeat region (exterior) and the bottom repeat region (other) but unchecks all the others.
