eCart Order number

Hi
Me again.
I have set up an order system using web assist. The order number is always at 0. What do I need to do to get the confirm checkout page to produce an order number from the database.
The data base has created the order number but it is not in the confirming email.
I have set the email code after the "WA eCart Store Cart Summary in Db"
This accomplished the job in other sites but not here.
Any Suggestions??
Thanks
David

How have you configured the store order summary server behavior? You should be able to specify a session variable to hold the id for the record. This session variable should then have the id for the inserted record and you should be able to use this session variable anywhere that you would like to see the order id. Please post back with the confirm page in question minus any of the sensitive details so that we can take a look.

Order number

I have attached the confirm page. This is an order cart only, no financial transactions.
Thanks again
David

It looks like the store order summary is setup ok to me. When I check on the page I can see that you have specified the OrderID column as the index value for the table and to store this value in the session variable called Medifab_OrderID.

So after the order has been stored in the db you can reference this order id value on any other pages like this:

<?php
if(!session_id()) session_start();
echo $_SESSION['Medifab_OrderID'];
?>

Is this how you are referencing the value in the email and other pages? One other thing that I noticed was that you have a couple of store order details server behaviors on the page but they are after the UE server behavior on the page. This should be fine since you do not have any redirect on the UE server behavior but it just seemed like it might be out of order. When you post back please include the pages from the webassist folder in your site so I can take a look there.
