WA_ecart Folder

Do I necessarly need to leave the "WA_ecart" folder in the root?

You would have to leave it there to continue editing and applying functionality through dreamweaver. You can move it later and update the links to point to the new location, but when editing and/or applying new functionality it would recreate the file in the root and update the references.
