Can not download product

Hello,

I purchased the CSS Starter Kit for Photoshop and when I went to download it, I received a message saying that it was unavailable. How do I get a refund or the product?

Thanks,
CLM

You can contact sales@webassist.com or call the office phone number and talk to a sales representative for any refund requests. I will look into why the download may not have worked. What browser are you using? Most likely using another browser would rectify the situation.

Hi,
I am using IE 7, other downloads work fine.

I would really like to have the product. I tried contacting the office, but there is only voice mail.

Thanks,
Carol

I contacted the office and they reported that the download worked for them. Open a support ticket and they will be able to send you the files through the ticket.

IE / IE7 issues with downloading

Hi,

I also use IE 7 and am having issues downloading from the site. I was trying to get the Color Picker. This looks like it might be an IE or IE 7 issue as I was able to use Firefox to get the file. I will post the IE error message below:

Internet Explorer cannot download productdownload.php from www.webassist.com.
Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.

Hope this information helps to resolve this issue.

Thank you for this information. I see by google search that this is a common problem on a lot of sites, so perhaps I can mine a solution.
