universal email not to edit

hi,

I use ecart and now I wanted to edit the email that is sent with ecart. When I doubleclick on the server behavior "universal email" nothing happens.

I use "CSS Form Builder 2", too.

How can I edit the email?

Denis

Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.pdf

If you are still having troubles, send a screen shot showing the extensions you have installed.

In your screen shoot, you have hidden some of the installed extensions.

it could be that one of your other extensions is causing a conflict with Universal Email. try following step 12 in the adobe troubleshooting doc:
kb405604.html

then reinstalling CSS Form builder.

Hi Jason,

when I do that I have to reinstall all my extensions!

Whats wrong with that extension? How can I edit the Universam Email in eCart without installing everything new.

cheers!

have you tried uninstalling CSS Form builder and then reinstalling it?

If that does not work, I suspect that there is corruption in the configuration folder which means that you will need to rename the configuration folder as previously suggested.

It sounds like there is corruption in the configuration folder to me.
