Error message when attempting to browse to upload image

When attempting to browse to find an image on my computer get error message:

alert("MDB2 Error: no such table\nSELECT extension, plugin FROM kfm_plugin_extensions WHERE user_id=1")

go into the data base and delete all of tables who's names begin with "kfm_". The next time you open the file manager they will be recreated.
