Round up the total price

I have a need to round the total (up to the nearest $) in my shopping cart. How do I do this?

Rounding

This is my situation. I have a product I wish to sell for $120. I have sales tax set to 10%. The product is entered with a price of $109.09. The cart calculates the tax to 2 decimal places, so if I buy 6 of these, the nett is $654.54 and the tax $65.45 = $719.99

What I really need is the calculation to more decimal places
Any clues?

in the eCart object, on the general tab, you can set the number of decimal places to use for the currency. See the attached screen shot.
