Can a zip file be downloaded?

I have put 3 mp3s together for a package deal. We uploaded the file no problem. It also shows in the downloads after its purchased but the file the download says "decompression failed" How do I rectify this?

when the download dialog box opens, make sure to select the Save option, if prompted with options to open the file or save it, select to save it first, only open the file after it has been saved.

doesn't give an option to save

It just starts downloading. I can't tell clients to do that either..it should be intuitive. But its not downloading entirely.

I am on a mac and using safari and firefox.

Okay on firefox its giving the option to save but its still not the whole thing. Its only 4k

BTW, I am not getting emails from the this thread
