I can't log in as the Administrator

I just created my first Power Store and it took me straight to the Administrative screen where I began to alter the design and input products. I shut it off for the night and this morning when I try to access the Admin section, it won't let me log in. How do I fix this so I can log in as the Adminstrator?

Addendum...

I went to the remote server, downloaded the "PowerStoreConnection.php" file and entered the user name and password exactly as shown. It still won't log me in as the Administrator.

Powerstore 4.5 ?

The admin username and password is stored in the wa_settings table.

If you open the table and find the rows which correspond to admin_username and admin_password, (about row 88 and 89), you can see the values in plain text.

I assume you are trying to login via your store manager login page and not the user login page.

No such file

That's the problem... there is no wa_settings table that I can find on the remote server. I've looked in every directory and sub-directory. What directory or sub-directory is it supposed to be in?

The first time I accessed the website and did all the verification of serial number and other set up functions, it took me right into the Store Administrator section where I began to set up the site and add products. Since that first time, it won't allow me to access the Store Administrator screen.

you need to use PHPMyAdmin or another MySQL GUI tool to access the power store database.

wa_settings is a table in the Power Store database, it is not a file in your site.

using PHPMyAdmin, you can access the database to look in the wa_settings table to find the admin user name and password settings.

Problem solved

There was a typo in the user name. I'm able to access the Store Administrator page now. Thank you.
