Databridge CMS - Unable to edit your database

I have followed the thread on this problem but could not resolve it. In CMS setup I'm getting this error message:

"Unable to edit your database with the provided user credentials. Please make sure the connection user has write access to this database. (You may need to upload the connection to the server if you have made changes recently)"

Firstly, I am working on my localhost as the test server, I have not started using remote server (could this be the problem).
Secondly, I have run securityassist pages without any problem. Do I need to change any setting?
Please help me. I am using Dreamweaver CS6 ( php Mysql)

This error happens as a result of bad settings in the testing server section of the site definition.

double check the testing server setings

Can't Be Wrong Settings

I am banging my head against the wall. I have checked the Testing Server Settings a couple of hundred times today and it doesn't matter how many times I try, it NEVER works. Please help me before I start losing clients.
