Email verification not functioning

Hi,

I have followed the double opt in tutorial and all works great except in the case where a user fails to verify their email address using the initial link provided. If they attempt to resend the link as shown in the tutorial the link is sent but fails to verify. It does remove the random string from the database but does not change the verification value from 0 to 1. Not sure what I may have missed, but I have gone blind re-reading over and over to find it. I am hoping this has been seen before although I was unable to locate it within past forums.

Thanks in advance,

Gary

Not sure which link you are referring to, the email template I supplied has the full link the end user clicks, the link to request a new email is below:

Your email hasn't been verified. Please click here and we will email you a new link.

Is this what you need?

I think I just realized what you want, let me change my verifiation status on the site and I'll get the link.
