Delete Modal Window too high

I have a website that I have created using Twitter Bootstrap with a Static Menu Bar.

I have used data assist to create a delete page and have added it as a plugin to my page.

When I click on delete, the modal window is obscured by the menu bar and the dark screen doesnt go all the way to the bottom of the page.

Any ideas how I can fix this please?

Correction

Sorry, I didnt use a plugin on this page, I applied a theme using the Framework Theme function

you would need to edit the css, most likely there is conflicting css on the page causing the prblem.

I'll need to troubleshoot directly, see the private message section.
