Email not working in CSS Form Builder

Hi i've added a form to my site - it's the simple contact form and it goes through to the thank you page. The person that filled in the form gets their email but the submitted form is not received by the domains email address. The form can be seen here www.fuse-holistic-health.co.uk/contact.php
Please can someone help - it's driving me mad!!

you seem to be using an additional script in contact_.php to send the email to the domain user, edit the universal email instance and add the domain user to the to list.

i dont see anywhere where you specified to send a copy of the form to the domains email address.

edit universal Email, and add the domains email address to the list of addresses to send the email to.

open the server behaviors panel, and double click the Universal Email server behavior to edit the settings.

click the to button to add an additional to address and use site owners address.
