rollovers background colors in ie6

I am using css menu writer and it has a rollover color that is not in ie6.
in fact there is nothing but straight text, and no color at all, forget the rollover.
the image of the disk is not there either. I don't think i have tampered with any css or code, but its a straight line from creation to publishing, i think.
fine in ie7, ff, ie8 etc.
its hard for me to realize this problem unless someone says something is wrong, and it would be hard for them to know its wrong in the first place. That is the real frustration of ie6, once i upgraded to ie7 i lost local testing server ability to see it presented in all its gory details.
with adobe browser labs at least now i can sometimes see the problem, but cannot see the interactivity issues if any.
the url is
index.html

Make sure your menu_ie.css is also uploaded to your cssmw4 folder on your server. There is a separate css file for IE version of 6 or earlier.

It looks like the menu is working when we test it on our IE6.
