I keep getting Unexpected error: -2 Activation cannot be completed,

in the private message section, please paste the serial number you are using for activation so I can look up the order.

That serial number is from the Extension library annual member ship which was discontinued over 2 years ago. the subscription is no longer valid.

That serial number is from the Extension Library program which was discontinued.

You had ordered Universal Email 3 prior to that as part of the Web Developer Suite, but I See no separate purchase for Universal Email 4 except through the Annual Subscription program. The Annual Subscription program serial numbers will no longer be valid.

you will ned to use Universal Email 3.

Just love how it worked up until about a month ago, I just love how your company cheats people out of the money paid for your products,

we haven't been collecting for the annual membership since September 2010.

When the library was canceled we gave a $200 store credit which it looks like you used on other products.

if anything, you have been getting free access to the extensions from the Membership for over 2 years
