Checkout (transaction not completed)

When I attempt to checkout, after entering Billing info I am sent directly to the checkout_failure.php page. Happens with express checkout aswell.

Using the error tracing feature for iis 7 I recieve the info below.

Warning48. -MODULE_SET_RESPONSE_ERROR_STATUS
ModuleName IsapiModule
Notification 128
HttpStatus 500
HttpReason Internal Server Error
HttpSubStatus 0
ErrorCode 0
ConfigExceptionInfo
Notification EXECUTE_REQUEST_HANDLER
ErrorCode The operation completed successfully. (0x0)

Any help solving this would be appreciated............

Error Bindings

I have applied the error bindings to my checkout_failure and I get nothing.
Even tried full response and nothing in my source code. As the how too debugg instructions are veige as to where to drop the code. I have tried dropping it in various places in the page.

When I apply error bindings to the pp_checkout_failure.php which is the page I am taken to after the checkout.

I get the sytax errors pasted in the thread above. When I add ";" at then of the error bindings the syntax error is cleared when tested live. But still no errors to tell me what needs to be corrected to complete the checkout process.

This is starting to get old..........Maybe I need a little more in depth explanation as to how to apply the error bindings and where to place them. Or maybe there is something else.

from your description, I can tell that you are testing using PayPal Express.

For Paypal Express, there are two separate bindings to use depending on where the failure is taking place.

If the failure is taking place when you click the Express check button on the Checkout page, When adding the Failure Response bindings to the bindings panel, select the "authorize Express Checkout" option in the list of gateways. If the failure is happening when clicking the Submit order button on the pp_confirm page, select the "Process Express Checkout" option in the list of gateways.

Shipping_failure.php

Jason Thank you for the reply,

I have been testing via the (checkout now with paypal) button at the top of the checkout.php page.
I was able to get a 10002 error, so I generated a new API and inserted the info on my checkout.php page. And it is now working.

However when I try checking out via the (checkout) button at the bottom of the checkout_php page, and after submitting my billing/shipping info.

I am taken to shipping_failure.php. I get (shipping quote failed , we're sorry , no packages to ship)

I have tried inserting the failure response bindings to the shipping_failure.php page and I get nothing, I have tried all gateways associated with paypal. I save the page and upload it, also upload the WA_eCart folder as well. I am sure it is something I am doing wrong just dont know what.

Any help would be apreciated..........

On the bindings panel is a group for your shipping provider, expand that bindings group for the Shipping response bindings.

Shipping errors

After applying the USPS error bindings,

I only recieve a ( 0 ) as the error code. Description I get ( No packages to ship ) but other than that I get nothing to help me troubleshoot the problem.

Any ideas?

Thanks for your help!

The no packages to ship error means that the items in your cart do not have a weight.

When you are adding items to the store in the admin section, make sure that you adding a a value for the weight. The shipping quote is weight based, if the total weight of all of the items in the cart is 0, the shipper assumes that there are no packages to ship.

Still getting 0 packages to ship

(shipping quote failed , we're sorry , no packages to ship)

When I apply (ADD TO CART BUTTONS) to my product page I give them a weight in the bindings section. I have even given my products weights of more than 1 pound or 16 ounces. I add products to my cart and click checkout and am directed to the Shipping_failure.php page.

I have added the USPS Full request and full response and the above error is all I get.

I am using USPS and I am on the production server.

Could use some help.......Thanks in advance.
