My billing and shipping sections merge on top of each other wwhen the paypal icon is clicked, how do i stop this from happening?

It sets up fine but as soon as I click the paypal icon, the shipping is supposed to move upwards in place of the billing but it simply goes on top of it whilst still seeing both.

What browser version are you using? I just tested it on your site and it appears to be working for me.

Thanks for replying, I use IE 11 but just used chrome and it does the same thing, it immediately puts the validation field up for the company and street 2 which are the only ones not required, I was trying to change the preset so it wouldn't ask which state your in and that the phone number would ask for a uk number, it seemed to work ok when I set it up on auto with the state etc but as soon as I change anything in the preset it goes a bit funny.

Strange... I just tried and it functions properly for me with both of those browsers. Perhaps I'm missing something. Please post a US phone number or Skype contact information and I'll do a screen sharing session with you so that I can see the problem and have an opportunity to look into it deeper that way.

Believe it or not ive never actually used Skype, I can try and set it up if its the best thing to do, I live in the UK, that wouldn't have an affect on it? With the in-context payments that say they are us only, that wouldn't be messing up the code or anything? I just cant think why it works for you and not me

I see now that it was redirecting me to the trollbeads site so that is why I didn't notice the error. I do see the problem on the other domain. It appears to have something to do with the missing county field in the shippinginfo section. Somehow that was deleted and it is causing a javascript error that prevents other necessary scripts from running.

If you can post ftp information I can either add the missing field back or fix the javascript so that it isn't necessary if you removed it on purpose.

FTP access and a note on whether you want me to add it back to the Shipping area or remove the dependency for it.

I need the ftp user name as well. So you want the form fields as they are now, correct?
