Issue with a function that was developed using premier support

We did a filter search results function through premier support that is displaying the wrong page only when one search is selected.

This is due to the error you see at the bottom of that page:

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 61341696) (tried to allocate 11700 bytes) in /homepages/19/d403739231/htdocs/antronix/webassist/caching/CachedResize_Image.php on line 106

This is most likely because you have uploaded a very large image for the fourth product that should be displaying on that page. Update the product with a more reasonably sized image for displaying on the web and the error should go away.

I'd just resize it with photoshop. It is probably a high definition photo that is Megabytes in size that is causing the problem.

Ray,

I just went in and deleted the image but I'm still getting the error. I think something else is going on.

If you give me FTP access I'll debug it. My guess is that you deleted the wrong image.

You could try updating the php.ini file to increase the available memory so that it can work with larger images. I'll debug it if you can give me FTP access.

There were two product images I found that were over 4 megabytes each... which is way too large to try to display on a web page. I resized them in Photoshop and re-uploaded them and the page displays properly now.

I was trying to find large images but didn't see any that big. Do you remember which once they were and where they get stored?

Also, thank you for the help.

Ray, one more question for you please. What would it take to add a text field just below "Filter Your Results:" that says "Please make a selection" in red. I want it to pop up if someone clicks the submit button without making a selection.
