We switched to Office 365 so what smtp server do I use

I need to change the Universal email smtp settings now that I no longer have an internal email server. We switched over to Office 365. I've tried setting it up using there tutorial, but I can't get it to work.

You will have to contact your email administrator to see what settings to use. The DataBridge BETA has improved email functionality for sending authenticated emails. I'd use that for your testing.

Your best bet is to create a simple send email page to fiddle with the settings until you get an email to send properly and then go in and update your existing emails once you have the settings correct.

Where can I download the DataBridge BETA? I see the current version is 1.2.4 but where is the BETA?

I found the link to the BETA and using that version created more issues, so I downloaded and installed ver. 1.2.4 but my activation keys don't work. How do I get new keys?

Your old keys should work. Did you copy and paste from your account? What error do you get? If you continue to have activation issues I'll need to do screen sharing to debug and get it installed properly, so I'd need a US phone number or Skype contact information. What issues did you have with the BETA? I want to fix any existing issues, so any feedback is appreciated.

I did copy and paste in the first box, like the instructions said. The only error was a red circle with the slash through it when it tried to authenticate. I tried both keys and got the same circle with slash on both.
One problem with the BETA version is, it puts back slashes in the line of code when I choose the Email_Address field as the From address. See attachment.

I think the BETA only does that when updating a previous version. You should be able to open the server behavior afterward and re-binding the FROM address.

Nope, I created a new form on a new page and it does it when I first add the form and every time I make a change to it. I have to delete the slashes with every change. I also get this attached error message every time I open the server behavior after I've removed all of the back slashes.

Instead of manually deleting the slashes. Open the server behavior and clear out the from field... then use the lightning bolt to select the form value from the bindings. I think that should work.

That worked for the slashes, but I still can't get the email to send. Is there anyway you can setup an Office365 email account and test the settings?

If you want to schedule a premier support ticket I can do a screen sharing session with you and work on getting emails to send with your email settings.
