User Update Page Error

I have a user login system customised using the Double Opt In method. I have an issue with the User Update page which is when update details are submitted the page fails with an error. There seems to be a problem with the Validation as when the validation script is removed the page submits without a problem. Im just not sure what the issue is.

I've attached the page. Plus ftp access in a pdf if it helps.

Thanks in advance!

What username and password can I use to log in and see the problem? What steps should I use to reproduce?

Hi Ray, Login Details are in PM.. To Login go to - Application / Login - in main navbar. Then once logged in go to Application / Update Details. Then use the form to update and the error occurs.

The server validation for check unique email address in database was referring to an old MySQL connection that was no longer on the page. I updated it to use the current MySQLi connection and that seems to have resolved the issue.
