Can't connect to mysql in Godaddy

Does anyone have the answer to how to connect through dreamweaver to the mysql database on the godaddy server. The database is there but I cannot connect through dreamweaver.

Help please.

I figured it out. It seems that the passive file transfer has to be checked. Sorry to bother.
