Fixing initiallizeUI error in DW 2020

I'm getting the often mentioned initializeUI error when creating DA pages. After the error, DW locks up when trying to create the pages.

I've read many of the posts and WA support pages, but not finding this file for DW 2020 (even looked in the application configuration folder and performed a filename search).

Still same error after reinstalling extension.

Usually this error can be fixed by deleting the winfilecache .config file. If that doesn't work, please post your phone number and a screen shot of the exact error message and I'll call you to debug it further.

Just need to know where the mac version of that file is found. I'm running Mac OSX 10.14 and DW 2020.

Two screen shots are attached. The 'loading' screen shot is when DW locks up.

Close Dreamweaver

Go to: Library->Application Support->Adobe->Dreamweaver 2020->en_US->Configuration

You fill find a file named macfilecache-xxxxxx.dat

Delete it and open dreamweaver again to see if that fixes it... If not then reply back and I'll give you a call.

Can't find file by that name. Dreamweaver 2020 isn't even listed in the Application Support > Adobe folder.

I reinstalled DW but file still isn't there.

We were able to get this working in a screen sharing session.

I can't find this either. Any other file to delete?
Thanks
