Trying to upgrade site to PowerCMS2, replacing files doesn't seem to do the trick

Hello, I had to upgrade one of my sites to PHP7.3 for something else we were doing on it, it has the old PowerCMS on it.
I replaced the files with the latest download of PowerCMS2 (just downloaded it). But the site still shows blank pages for any pages that had PowerCMS on it.

Is there anything else I would need to do?

Since you manually did the update, you have to manually re-create the connection as a mySQLi connection. I did that for you and the home page opens now.
