Insert column name based on url

I want to insert info into my database based on variables in the url. We are successfully doing this on another page but I am having trouble on my registration page.

It would work if the hidden form elements were in the <form> tag... they are above it.

Just move them inside of the form and that should fix it.

Is the salesrep and communityname passed in to the page properly through the url? Can I get the link to the page you are using? It should have those in the url for it to work the way you have it set up.

This should work to insert the salesrep when registering. You aren't passing in a communityname, so that would still be blank.

I would like to show what is being inserted on multiple page and it still not working.
1) Is the code the same on an insert page as an update page
2) Will you please examine my examples in the PM
