Dynamic selection boxes not woring correctly

Hi Ray,
Having checked a dozen times I find this file has errors which I am not sure how to fix.
When I run the page I find the selections I made are not the selections made in the data table

I cannot think what may have happened as I have not ammended this page and it was running without problems.
I will list the affected fields and attach the file concerned.

Can I get FTP access and a URL to a page that demonstrates the issue.

Most likely it is the same issue for all of the fields, so just a page with a particular select list having issues and then I'll debug that select list and let you know what is going wrong and how to fix it.

Sorry I'm still a bit confused. So if I fill out that form... what should I do to see the problem? What should I select and what is the result that is wrong?

OK... I think I see the issue.

You bound the columns in the insert to the recordset instead of to the form fields.

Click on the Server Behavior for the insert and go to the columns that aren't working in the bindings tab. The values should all be set to $_POST values but you have mistakenly set a few to the recordset instead.

Yes I am sure your right.
Now is the right way to correct this, is to delete the 5 MySQLi Recordsets at the top.

No, the correct way to fix the problem is to follow my advice above:

Click on the Server Behavior for the insert and go to the columns that aren't working in the bindings tab. Set the values to come from the $_POST values from your form. The values should all be set to $_POST values but you have mistakenly set a few to the recordset instead.
