Powerstore Login Error

I am getting the following error when I try to login to the Powerstore Admin.

It comes up before I can enter my login data.

Warning: mysqli::real_connect(): Headers and client library minor version mismatch. Headers:50651 Library:50552 in /home/yko72iyj5ylq/public_html/PowerStore/Connections/PowerStoreConnection_i.php on line 13

This is a version mismatch error where your php version and mysql version may be incompatible. The solution is usually to either upgrade your php version or update your mysql version. You can probably contact your hosting provider with this error and they will fix it for you.

It was working ok until this morning and I hadn't upgraded the PHP or SQL versions.

Any other suggestion?

It is just a warning, so you could turn off warnings and ignore it and it shouldn't have any effect.

The error is clear that the problem is a mismatch between the mysql version installed vs the version compiled with the php version you are using. Your server could have automatically updated causing the issue.

I deleted the store and reinstalled it and it verified the PHP version, etc.

But, I am still getting the same error message and the Admin page is truncated (see attachment), so I can't do anything.

Next suggestion?

If you give me FTP access then I can debug it. Did you report this error to your hosting provider? You can probably just turn off warnings in your php.ini file to resolve the issue as well.

I added this to the top of the connection file to prevent the warning from displaying:

error_reporting(E_ERROR | E_PARSE);

If you want the problem fixed, you would have to bring it up with your hosting provider since they would probably have to update the php or mysql version to be in sync.

Shipping problem

That fixed it, but now I have another problem.

When I tried to check out, I get the following Error message

"Transaction Not Completed
We're sorry
Your transaction could not be completed due to a problem occurring while calculating shipping.
Please return to checkout and try again, or contact us."

I turned on debug, but no details are shown.

Also, in the USPS Shipping section of Admin, it won't let me choose a Delivery Type.

See PM for login details.

Your UPS account information seems incorrect. I tried using it to log in at:
https://www.ups.com/lasso/login

and that didn't work, so I think it is wrong.

I fixed the USPS shipping so checkout does work now.

It appears your paypal credentials are incorrect as well. You should be getting those from the API access section at paypal here:
