It looks like you may have added a column to the cart object, but not updated the add to cart server behavior on that page to specify a value for the new column.

Most likely this issue will be resolved if you re-open the add to cart server behavior and make sure the column settings are all set properly and then click ok so the code is updated.

I found the problem but when I try and sort it I still get the error message. I had wanted to up the excess added to a heavy item. I have attached screenshot. I changed the bottom entry from 1.50 to 2.50 - have tried changing it back but I still get the message. The files I am updating on the ftp are: Progs_JSON, Progs_PHP and WA_eCart_Definition_PHP. And it is happening on all pages not just the one

Ray - further to my last message. I don't quite understand where I should be looking to update the add to cart server behaviour and how I would specify the value for the new column.

I added a column to the shipping called 'excess' for items that were heavy. I wanted it to pick up if I put a '1' in the 'excess' field in the add to cart. This seemed to be working ok but then I went in and changed the amount to charge for the excess and this happened. It not only happened on one page but on every page so now nobody can purchase from the site as it goes to the error message. I've hit a bit of a brick wall and can't get my head round what I should be doing to rectify the matter. Don't know if the attached helps

Make sure to upload your WA_Ecart folder and all of it's contents.

Then you should just be able to open the Add to Cart button and click Ok and it will add the Misc column to the code for you. You shouldn't have to manually edit the code.

Ray - sorry - don't understand where 'you should just be able to open the Add to Cart button and click Ok' this bit comes in. I have uploaded the WA _Ecart folder - now where do I go to open Add to Cart button and click OK?

The page that has the add to cart button (and the error) should have the server behavior for add to cart. Just double-click to open it and set the value for the new column and then click 'ok'

Ray - thanks for all the help so far but I think I have to explain something clearer: The new column I put in (misc) is one whereby I wanted to add a comment if applicable otherwise it sits empty and has now value. I have added that to the cart about 3 weeks ago so it is in a lot of new entries. Do I just have to go into one of those entries and open the Server Behavior for it and click ok or do I need to go into all of them? If so, I have NO idea which were the new ones. Or is there any way of searching Server Behaviors for latest entries? I am SO sorry for all these messages but am ina real pickle here not knowing what has caused this

Thank you - the whole site has the same error no matter what page you go on but this was the page that the customer found the error on to begin with. I have also included the 3 x cart pages that update. Hope those will be of use
