unexpected 0 error activation can't be complete

when I try activate my Database Search the DW-8 give me this error " unexpected 0 error activation can't be complete" even the serial is right and activation times ok , by the way i can't open your site directly I must use vpn , my windows is 10
I need to end the roots of problem of activation please

Database Search is no longer supported. You would have to upgrade to DataBridge which includes that functionality. You may not be able to activate with a vpn or firewall that prevents our system from recognizing your computer.

i already activate once even i used vpn, you can check your system

what about remove some folders like
C:\Users[username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver [version][language]\Configuration\

It might just be the older version on a newer dreamweaver. The old activation system had to be redone about 10 years ago to work and database is older than that at this point.

only thing i can doubt , your website wasn't open normally it must need to use vpn to just see your site , so activation was interrupted , but now when it works normal without using vpn it is working
