Email not sending out when purchase made thru PayPal

Hi Ray,

I think emails are not being sent when a purchase is paid with PayPal. I have an email log that tracks the outgoing email.

This is what is I am seeing:
Email was created for these orders:

1686470874
1686855906
1686939938

Email was NOT created for these orders:
1686602170
1686870672
1687008140
1686974571
1687053421

Hi Ray,

After reviewing the database it looks like emails are not being sent when orders are purchased thru PayPal.
I have it setup so that the email is logged (fail/success) when sent but it is not being logged from the PayPal confirm page.

Can you take a look at this page?
