My account has been recovered! Not sure how it was done, but it was recovered with the help of Patrice Olivier-Wilson

This was able to happen because Ray granted me access to back end. No magic here. I merely changed the email and password for this user. Once the email was changed with new password, JBWebWorks could see all his other purchases. Glad I could help.
